Gap Analaysis ( Linkedin)

After viewing the profiles of both the Personnel in LinkedIn,

•  Gregory Hinde (Title and Score Composer at Agaram Animation Studio. Greater Los Angels Area 
• Sabin Munikar Independent Music Professional Nepal

I found out several differences between their profile and mine. Following are some of the differences I found after doing a Gap Analysis of their profile and mine.

·   The first thing I noticed was they both had many connections unlike mine.

·   The people they were connected to was mostly experienced ones, holding a leading position in companies.

·   Unlike mine, they had lists of the companies they worked with before and also held good positions there.

·  I only have few skills whereas they both had several skills and expertise, they also were endorsed for many high level skills in general and also the skills related to music industry.
